Bring the whole family to the Maltz Jupiter Theatre for a free showing of the 2012 musical fantasy comedy film Dr. Seuss' THE LORAX on the big screen on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 (Kids' Party at Noon; Movie Showtime at 2 p.m.).

This animated adventure follows the journey of a boy as he searches for the one thing that will enable him to win the affection of the girl of his dreams. To find it, he must discover the story of the Lorax, the grumpy yet charming creature who fights to protect his world.

Kicking off the upcoming The Art of Dr. Seuss exhibition in January 2016 at The Gardens Mall, and accompanying SEUSSICAL performances (excerpts from the upcoming production at Maltz Jupiter Theatre), the free movie day will include face painting and kids' activities in the theatre's lobby.

The creative team for the performances includes producer and director Andrew Kato, Producing Artistic Director/Chief Executive, Maltz Jupiter Theatre; choreography by Broadway veteran Brian Andrews; scenic design by Paul Tate dePoo III; properties design by Casey Blanton and Elizabeth Zevin; Seuss-inspired costume design by Jenna Hoefert; and sound design by Marty Mets.
