Celebrate the strength and diversity of the local dance scene and preview all that the 2013/14 season of dance has to offer! This weekend of performances features Miami's finest local companies sharing the intimate Little Haiti Cultural Center stage for a stellar lineup!!!

Participating groups include Dance Now! Miami, Karen Peterson & Dancers, Delou Africa Dance Ensemble, Miami City Ballet School Ensemble, Augusto Soledade Brazzdance, Arts Ballet Theatre, Brigid Baker Wholeproject, New World Dance Ensemble, Pioneer Winter, Ballet Flamenco la Rosa andBrazarte Dance Company.

About Dance NOW! Miami
The mission of Dance NOW! Miami is to promote the artistic vision of co-founders Hannah Baumgarten and Diego Salterini. The company creates, promotes and produces contemporary dance of the highest caliber and through performance, arts education, community leadership and innovative programming, nurtures new talents, fosters artistic collaborations and makes the art of dance accessible to diverse audiences locally, nationally and internationally.

This program is presented with the support of the Florida Dance Education Organization, Miami Dance Futures, Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor and the Board of County Commissioners, the City of Miami Beach, Cultural Affairs Program, Cultural Arts Council, the State of Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, the National Endowment for the Arts, Miami Art Guide, the Samara Fund, Akerman Law firm, and the City of Miami and the Little Haiti Cultural Center. DNM is funded by The Children's Trust. The Trust is a dedicated source of revenue established by voter referendum to improve the lives of children and families in Miami-Dade County. Dance Now! is in Residence at the Little Haiti Cultural Center.
