Cirque Zuma Zuma, Brian Stokes Mitchell and More Set for Maltz Jupiter's 2013-14 Limited Engagements

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre has your ticket to great entertainment. In addition to the musicals and dramas featured in the Theatre's 2013/14 season (Dial M for Murder, Annie, A Chorus Line, Other Desert Cities and The King and I), the Theatre will present a spectacular lineup of all-new concerts and special productions, along with select beloved favorites.
Audiences will witness jaw-dropping feats of acrobatic daring with the cirque troupe Cirque Zuma Zuma (Jan. 2), groove to the smooth sounds of the '60s with Masters of Motown (Jan. 20) and be spellbound and inspired by the never-before-seen magic of Spencers Theatre of Illusion (Feb. 4).
"In addition to the season of shows we produce, we are so proud of the wonderful series of concerts and other performances we present," said Andrew Kato, the Theatre's producing artistic director. "We are thrilled to be bringing a season full of all-new limited engagements for our audiences to enjoy."
Tickets for the Theatre's 2013/14 season of special productions, special engagements and limited engagements go on sale to the general public on Monday, May 6, 2013, at 10 a.m. While the Theatre is currently closed for renovations, tickets may be purchased by calling the box office (561-575-2223) or purchasing tickets online (www.jupitertheatre.org).
The Theatre's lineup of outstanding new concerts includes the soulful sounds of Clyde McPhatter's Drifters (Feb. 7), the No. 1 chart-topping harmonies of Glenn Leonard's Temptations Revue (Feb. 8) and an explosion of high-energy Irish step dancing with Michael Londra's Celtic Fire (March 7).
In association with the Actors Fund, January will bring an extra-special benefit concert featuring multi award-winning Broadway, television and film actor Brian Stokes Mitchell (Jan. 5), whose Broadway career includes Man of La Mancha, Kiss Me Kate and Ragtime.
Back for its second year, the Theatre will produce a contemporary retelling of the children's classic Alice in Wonderland with the spectacular family-friendly musical Through the Looking Glass (November 15-16) and Hamlet (August 24), produced by local high school students as part of the Theatre's Youth Artists' Chair program and featuring local kids.

Youth Artists' Chair presents Hamlet - Saturday, August 24 - Lighthouse ArtsCenter
After the death of his father, and a ghostly visit, Prince Hamlet is on a quest for truth, justice and ultimately revenge. One of Shakespeare's most famous tragedies, Hamlet's journey reminds us all "to thine own self be true." Showtime is 7:30 p.m. Tickets: Adults $20, Students $15.
Palm Beach Gardens Concert Band Holiday Concert - Monday, Dec 23
Here is your chance to hear popular and traditional Christmas and Hanukkah songs played by the full band, plus surprise performances by vocal and instrumental soloists, in a joyous celebration of the holiday season. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. All tickets are $15.
Capitol Steps - New Year's Eve - Tuesday, December 31
Come along for the ride as they take a humorous look at some serious issues in an all-new show to ring in the New Year. Showtimes are at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $50, $60 and $85 for special VIP seats with champagne toast, and meet and greet.
From America's Got Talent, this acrobatic troupe will mesmerize our audiences. Featuring with non-stop action and African flair, this exciting evening includes dance, acrobatics, tumbling, and music. Let's Hang On - A Tribute to Franki Valli and The Four Seasons - Friday, January 3 This group performs with crisp, synchronized choreography and the infamous falsetto and smooth harmonies sung to the best hits featuring "Walk like a Man," "Sherry," "Can't Take My Eyes of You" and many more. Masters of Motown - Monday, January 20
