Germantown Community Theatre Presents MRS. MURRAY'S SUPPER CLUB Tonight

Germantown Community Theatre invites the MidSouth community to their fall fundraiser- Mrs. Murray's Supper Club. The evening of elegant fun comes complete with a dinner catered by Coletta's Italian Restaurant, a classic musical revue and fabulous auction items. Germantown Alderman, Rocky Janda, is the honorary chair of this year's event. All proceeds benefit Germantown Community Theatre.

Mrs. Murray's Supper Club honors the history of GCT by taking its name from its resident ghost, Mrs. Murray. She was a teacher during the early 1900's in the school that now houses Germantown Community Theatre. When odd things happen- and they DO happen- Mrs. Murray usually gets the blame. For example: Air compressor turns on with no one standing near it? Mrs. Murray just wanted to say hi! Bathroom door gets stuck with someone inside? Mrs. Murray must be in a bad mood today! There have been several artists over the years that swear they have seen a mysterious figure appear briefly in the theatre and then suddenly disappear. We're all positive this is the friendly (but ominous) Mrs. Murray making herself known.
