What's your "Music Man" story? Were you in New York City for one of the 1,375 performances of "The Music Man" on Broadway in the late 1950's? Did you see the movie in the 1960's? The television remake in 2003? Maybe you encountered a similar salesman/con man like Harold Hill of "The Music Man."

Reminisce at Berwick's own Hackmatack Playhouse this summer for a 2014 revival of "The Music Man," opening tonight, July 9 and running through Saturday, July 26.

An affectionate look at Smalltown, USA, "The Music Man is the story of a fast talking salesman as he cons the good people of River City, Iowa. Meredith Willson's score includes timeless American Music classics including "Til There was You," "Trouble in River City," "Wells Fargo Wagon," and of course "76 Trombones." Funny, warm, romantic and touching, The Music Man is family entertainment at its best.
