Penobscot Theatre Company and Maine Jewish Film Festival announce a special screening of one of the twenty films being presented at this year's MJFF, March 9-16. This special screening at the Bangor Opera House, Dorfman in Love, will take place tonight, March 17 at 7p.m. The film is a romantic comedy starring Sara Rue and Elliot Gould.

This is a free event, but a $5 donation is suggested.

Penobscot Theatre Company Artistic Director, Bari Newport says, "I have been eager to bring the Maine Jewish Film Festival to Bangor, since arriving here last January. Thanks to support from Rabbi Justin Goldstein and Rabbi Darah Lerner, we are able to bring a small piece of this year's MJFF to Bangor. The great thing about this film, aside from the fact that screenwriter Wendy Kout is also a terrific playwright, is that it is certainly a film that can be enjoyed by people of all denominations - as long as they like to laugh."
