TinyRhino is: The Theatrical Drinking Game. It is also the brainchild of Brooklyn-based Production Company UglyRhino. Every month we commission six playwrights to write new ten-minute plays, each including the same ?ve dramatic elements. On the night of the performance, they might show up at any time, in any order, and with any frequency. When they do show up, they are cues for the audience to drink.

TinyRhino premiered in July 2011, playing monthly to sold out Brooklyn crowds every month. The event showcases and supports the work of up-and-coming playwrights, directors, and actors by presenting brand plays every month. It has featured young theater artists from The Flea's Bats, Samuel French OOB Festival winners, The Public Theater's Emerging Writers Group and Drama League Directing fellows, to name a few. TinyRhino mark's UglyRhino Productions' L.A. premiere.

The playwrights include Isabelle Esposito (50shadesofsuck.com) & Annabeth Bondor-Stone, Savannah Dooley ("HUGE"), Phil McCarthy ("The Learning Curve"), Jessica Richmond (Before The Red Trees Come), Garrett Schabb, and Joel Sinensky (How To Deal).

The directors include UglyRhino's Artistic Director Nicole Rosner (The Awakening), David Bly (Over Shots Productions), Kitty Linsday (Narrator 1), Jessica Richmond/GENIUSPILLS (Before The Red Trees Come), Christy Rubenstein ("UNREST") and Andrew Spieler ("The Response").
