THE Production Company is now ready to unveil our beautiful, larger space - The Lex Theatre in Hollywood's Theatre Row - and we are thrilled to announce the first three plays of our 2011 Season!

OPENING JANUARY 14, 2011
TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD, directed by T L Kolman, adapted by Christopher Sergel
Celebrating 50 years of Harper Lee's astoundingly relevant book - still noted as one of the "most banned books in America today" - about truth and prejudice, told through the eyes of a child. Full of humor, wisdom, and understanding.

MARCH, 2011
THE YOUNG MANFROM ATLANTA, directed by August Viverito
The Los Angeles Premiere of the Pulitzer Prize-winning play by legendary author Horton Foote. Humor and mystery abound as we are led to revelations that illuminate why a young man who could not swim walked into a Texas lake, and what two other young men from his Atlanta boarding house are really doing in Texas now.

MAY, 2011:
FIFTH OF JULY
From the master of brilliant odd-ball characters; Lanford Wilson's magnificently funny and moving play about a gay couple - one of whom is a wounded vet - and a set of visitors to the family home for a Fourth of July Celebration. Surprisingly timely; fireworks are ignited, secrets are unearthed, and a garden blooms.

Also in the news: The Production Company was just honored with SEVEN 2010 LAStage Alliance Ovation Award nominations, including 'BEST SEASON' for 2009-2010!!! ...and 23 new StageSceneLA nods including 'DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR' for August Viverito.

Over the past three years, we have been humbled and ever-grateful for the support of so many individuals. We are mindful of the enormous contributions of the press and our artists and patrons who have supported us along the way. We promise to strive every day to build a track record of quality that speaks for itself. Be assured that we understand that our success comes from the cumulative effect of the community at large - and we will never allow ourselves to take that support for granted.
