Tonight, September 20, West Coast musical theatre composer Bill Haller is set to roll out his third L.A.-based live musical "Rock Van Winkle" at Oh My Ribs Theatre at the Complex in Hollywood. "Rock Van Winkle" is the story of a Woodstock era musician who, in August 2001, crawls out of a clothes dryer in an abandoned Laurel Canyon bungalow after a 30-year acid trip and encounters three generations of pop music royalty.

The "New West Coast" musical plays Saturday nights at 8:00 p.m. Oh My Ribs is located at 6468 Santa Monica Blvd in Hollywood. Tickets are available through October 11 for purchase at Brown Paper Tickets.

Haller's first L.A.-based musical "Snow Queen" was exec-produced by Garry Marshall at The Falcon Theatre in Toluca Lake and was held over twice. His musical parody of a Bravo TV franchise "The Real Drunk Housewives of the San Fernando Valley" (co-written with Kelly Holden-Bashar) ran for eight months in Hollywood.

"Rock Van Winkle" stars Tyler Fromson, Maggie Baird, Jeff T. Buco, Sandra Diana Cantu, Rick Dano, J. Todd Howell, Sean Liang, Scott Victor Nelson, Jane Jensen and Jenny Stumme. Set design by Robert Lee. Artwork by Rob Tepper. Stage management by Kevin Britton.
