CABRILLO MUSIC THEATRE presents one of the most beloved family friendly musicals of all time with the third and final show in its 2016-2017 season, PETER PAN, with music by Mark "Moose" Charlap and Jule Styne, lyrics by Carolyn Leigh and Betty Comden and Adolph Green, based on J.M. Barrie's unforgettable story, musical direction by Dan Redfeld, choreography by Cheryl Baxter and direction by Yvette Lawrence. PETER PAN opens on Friday, July 14, 2017 and runs through Sunday, July 23, 2017 at the 1,800-seat Kavli Theatre at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard in Thousand Oaks.

This classic musical for all ages gets a brand new production by Cabrillo Music Theatre! PETER PAN is more than just a family favorite - it's one of the most beloved musicals of all time. In this high-flying Tony Award-winning musical, Peter and his mischievous fairy sidekick Tinkerbell visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and with a sprinkle of pixie dust begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. Featuring the iconic songs "I'm Flying," "I've Gotta Crow," "I Won't Grow Up," and "Never Never Land," and a rousing book full of magic, warmth, and adventure, PETER PAN is the perfect show for the child in all of us who dreamed of soaring high and never growing up!

"PETER PAN is going to have our subscribers flying high over Thousand Oaks," says newly-appointed Managing Director, Will North. "It's the perfect show to close our season and a great summertime show to share with our subscribers, audiences and kids of all ages!"

PETER PAN will open on Friday, July 14, 2017, and run through Sunday, July 23, 2017. Performances are Thursday at 7:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00pm, and Saturdays and Sunday, July 16 at 2:00pm; with a special early performance at 1pm on Sunday, July 23 and an added matinee on Wednesday, July 19 at 1:00pm. A post-show discussion with cast, staff, and audience will follow the Saturday, July 15, 2:00pm performance.

A signed performance for the deaf and hard-of-hearing will take place on Saturday, July 15th at 2:00pm, followed by a post-show discussion with cast, staff and audience.
