Photo Coverage: Nathan Lee Graham's 'Art of Lyric' at Upright Cabaret

On Fri, April 24, Chris Isaacson and Shane Scheel presented Art of Lyric - An Evening with the Effervescent Nathan Lee Graham, as part of Upright Cabaret's One Night Stand series. 

This special one-night-only event featurEd Graham performing songs that carried on the torch of traditional supper club cabaret and payed tribute to the likes of Mabel Mercer, Bobby Short, Julie Wilson and Eartha Kitt. "All of whom made the world a better place, or at the very least more elegant" statEd Graham.

Perched upon his director's chair from the film "Sweet Home Alabama" which he starred in opposite Reese Witherspoon, Graham's song choices took the audience on a wild ride from Opera to this dead-on impersonation of his friend Eartha Kitt.

Art of Lyric was Music Directed by Upright Music Director Chris Bratten with MatTy Taylor on Bass and Matt Lucich on Drums.
