Jason Graae to Host A CLASSIC BROADWAY MOTHER'S DAY at Rockwell: Table & Stage

LA's live music venue Rockwell Table and Stage in Los Feliz will host a Mother's Day edition of their ongoing line-up show An Evening of Classic Broadway. A Classic Broadway Mother's Day will take place on Sunday, May 14th at 6PM (doors at 4:30).

The popular concert series from Fraser Entertainment Group showcases a new cast with each show. BroadwayWorld.com calls the show, "... guaranteed fun, extra high on entertainment... Broadway standards both classic and contemporary, with a bevy of great singers on board."

Jason Graae (Broadway's A Grand Night for Singing, Falsettos, Stardust, Snoopy!, Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up?) hosts. Music Director (acclaimed pianist, producer, arranger songwriter - LA Stage Alliance Ovation Award-winner and BroadwayWorld.com Musical Director of the Year) Todd Schroeder leads a talented cast of moms and their offspring. Broadway composer Larry Grossman (Minnie's Boys, Goodtime Charley, A Doll's Life, Grind, Snoopy!) will make a special appearance.

Scheduled to perform in the May 14th show tune fest are Tami Tappan Damiano (Broadway and 1st National Tour Miss Saigon, singing voice of Cinderella in the DVD Cinderella 3) & Dante Damiano, Chelsea Field (Regional - A Chorus Line, I Do! I Do!, Guys and Dolls, Man of La Mancha), Owen Bakula & Chelsy Gray, DiAnne Fraser (Cabaret Artist and Producer) & Hayley Silver, Kelly Lester (The Boy From Oz - Celebration Theatre, featured soloist with the Bangor Symphony Orchestra) & Julia Lester and Nita Whitaker (acclaimed soul, pop, jazz, gospel singer and recording artist) & Skye LaFontaine.

Rockwell Table and Stage is located at 1714 N. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles 90027. Doors open at 4:30 with the show beginning at 6PM. Tickets are $15, $20 or $25 each, plus a 2-item food/beverage minimum. Valet (behind the restaurant) and street parking available. Seating is fixed. Patrons will be assigned a seat but can adjust when purchasing online. It's an intimate venue with close seating quarters which tries to accommodate as many patrons as possible, so be prepared to make new friends. Please note that it may not be possible to change or combine parties once you've chosen your seats and purchased your tickets. While performances at Rockwell Table and Stage are not restricted to 21+, many shows include mature content, and patrons under the age of 21 are prohibited by law from sitting in certain areas of the venue. Subject to availability, tickets may also be available for purchase at the door.
