Bitch Trouble, a new comedy from Alice Johnson Boher, opens tonight, February 20, 2013, at the Cavern Club Theater at Casita del Campo in Silver Lake. This collection of monologues follows Boher's successful solo show Saint Alice of Chattahoochee and establishes her as Los Angeles's authority on female interpersonal relations gone sour -- otherwise known as "bitch trouble."

Boher guides her audience through one woman's travails with her female friends -- from innocent, ambitious childhood to down-and-out bohemianism in the streets and swimming pools of L.A.

The bitch trouble takes many forms: Mall mischief in matching outfits. The mother of all spend-the-night parties. The day the BFF turned all horny. A chicken-fighting dream team...and the Halloween costume that tore them apart.

But the problem is universal. And it's time to break it down.

Performances will run at 8 p.m.; one Wednesday a month for six months, tonight, February 20, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 12, and July 10, at The Cavern Club Theater at Casita del Campo, 1920 Hyperion Ave., Silver Lake, Calif. To purchase tickets, click HERE. $15 in advance, $20 (cash only please) at the door.
