Falcon Theatre Founder, Garry Marshall, is thrilled to announce the Falcon Theatre's 2011-2012 5-Play Subscription Season. This year, Falcon Theatre is celebrating its 10th Subscription Season with two new musical parodies from the Troubadour Theater Company, a west coast premiere about comedy duo Laurel and Hardy, an Off-Broadway hit romance starring Falcon favorites Michael Learned and Granville Van Dusen, and another west coast premiere about love, dreams and musicians.

The season begins with Stan and Ollie as they reminisce about their lives, loves and careers, flashing back to some of their world famous comedy routines and behind-the-scenes antics in the west coast premiere of LAUREL AND HARDY. Next, Michael Learned and Granville Van Dusen take the stage for an enchanting and humorous romance in the critically acclaimed SOUTHERN COMFORTS. For the holidays, the Troubadour Theater Company returns with a brand new musical parody blending one classic holiday movie, A Christmas Story, with a classic Broadway show, West Side Story, in A CHRISTMAS WESTSIDE STORY. Kicking off the New Year, egos, loyalty and love are all put to the test in a witty, buoyant and moving story of a string quartet clashing with a rock star and each other in the west coast premiere of DISSONANCE. And finally, Troubadour Theater Company closes the season with a healthy dose of laughter, mashing up the Bard's comedy Two Gentlemen of Verona with the chart-toppin' rock ‘n' roll band Chicago in their musical parody TWO GENTLEMEN OF CHICAGO.
