Golden Globe winner Calista Flockhart (Ally McBeal, Brothers & Sisters) and Gregory Harrison (Trapper John, M.D., upcoming CBS series Reckless) star in Sharr White's gripping psychological thriller THE OTHER PLACE at LA Theatre Works.

Juliana Smithton is a successful neurologist whose life seems to be coming unhinged. Her husband has filed for divorce, her daughter has eloped with a much older man and her own health is in jeopardy - but nothing is as it seems. Piece by piece, a mystery unfolds as fact blurs with fiction, past collides with present and the elusive truth about Juliana boils to the surface.

The Other Place is part of L.A. Theatre Works' Relativity Series featuring science-themed plays, with major funding provided by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation to enhance public understanding of science and technology in the modern world.

All performances will be recorded live in front of an audience (without sets or costumes) to air on L.A. Theatre Works' syndicated radio theater series, which broadcasts weekly on public radio stations nationwide and can be streamed on demand at www.latw.org.

Written by Sharr White and starring Calista Flockhart and Gregory Harrison, the production will be directed by Rosalind Ayres and produced by Susan A. Loewenberg.

The show runs: tonight, March 13 at 8 p.m.; Friday, March 14 at 8 p.m.; Saturday, March 15 at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.; and Sunday, March 16 at 4 p.m. at the James Bridges Theater, UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, 235 Charles E. Young Drive, Los Angeles, CA (enter UCLA from Hilgard just south of Sunset Blvd.; park in Lot 3 on the lower level). For tickets, call 310-827-0889 or visit www.latw.org. Tickets: $15-$60.
