Second City Hollywood is bringing back the diverse musical-sketch comedy trio Super Gay Asian Cabaret for two performances tonight, July 15th, and 22nd at 9 pm.

The comedy trio is a collaboration of Broadway's J.Elaine Marcos, Kevin Yee, and Richard Ogawa showcasing their original songs and musical parodies, while poking fun at the realities of being an asian entertainer.

Super Gay Asian Cabaret had a successful run at the 2014 Hollywood Fringe Festival and was awarded the Lemon Lounge Pick of the festival. "An incredibly hilarious show! (J.Elaine Marcos, Kevin Yee, and Richard Ogawa) offer up some great singing and comedy," says theatre reviewer Vincent Gomez.

J.Elaine Marcos is currently at the Pasadena Playhouse in the Broadway-bound musical Waterfall playing the memorable role of Nuan. Don Grigware of BroadwayWorld.com says, "J.Elaine Marcos makes servant Nuan a truly memorable character creating a comic gem of a performance." With her extensive Broadway credits, J. Elaine is no stranger to stealing scenes. She played Lily St.Regis in Annie, Ping-pong-lady Cynthia in Priscilla Queen of the Desert , and Connie Wong in A Chorus Line. On the big screen she has garnered roles in St.Vincent with Bill Murray and in Morning Glory with Rachel McAdams. www.jelainemarcos.com

Comedian Kevin Yee and his original comedy songs have been making people laugh across America and beyond. He performs at colleges and festivals, and was the 2015 Boston Pride host with Estelle and Mary Lambert. He is a recovering Broadway chorus boy (Mary Poppins, Wicked, and Mamma Mia), and a former member of Quincy Jones' boy band Youth Asylum. He has several viral youtube music videos, and shares his sassy coming out story in the official It Gets Better book published by Penguin books. www.kevinyee.com

Comedic singer/songwriter Richard Ogawa has performed in numerous theatrical productions, from originating roles off-Broadway, pre-Broadway workshops and readings, regional and touring productions across North America, as well as performing in world-renown venues such as Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. In addition to his own original music projects, he has continuous collaborations with several recording artists and producers in the U.S., Japan, and Finland.
