The Antaeus Company has added Sunday evening performances at 8 p.m. for its critically acclaimed, double-cast production of Top Girls, bringing the number of weekly performances to six. In addition, the company will celebrate Brit Week in L.A. by offering $5 off the ticket price April 21 through May 4 with the promo code "BRIT."

Caryl Churchill's groundbreaking, Obie Award-winning comedy is set during the go-getting 1980s of Margaret Thatcher's England, where newly promoted Marlene discovers that life above the glass ceiling is not all it's cracked up to be.

In the Antaeus tradition best known as "partner casting," two actors share every role, working together throughout the rehearsal process to enrich the creative experience for both cast and audience. In Top Girls, many of those roles are additionally doubled and tripled to reveal the connections between the characters. The "High Flyers" and "Ballbreakers" casts alternate matinee and evening performances every Saturday and Sunday (so that it's possible to see two performances in the same day, one with each cast), and a computer-generated "mash up" of the two casts performs on Thursdays and Fridays.

Performances of Top Girls continue through May 4 on Thursdays and Fridays at 8 pm; Saturdays at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.; and Sundays at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 on Thursdays and Fridays and $34 on Saturdays and Sundays; use promo code BRIT and get $5 off April 21 through May 4.

The Antaeus Company is located at 5112 Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood, CA 91601. Parking is available for $7 in the lot at 5125 Lankershim Blvd. (west side of the street), just south of Magnolia. The theater is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible.
