Effortlessly original, Joan Armatrading's distinctive vocals and consummate musicianship have defined a career that includes twenty full-length releases from true soul to sophisticated pop that have touched millions of fans worldwide, including magical favorites "Me Myself I," "Drop the Pilot," and "Willow." Join us in celebrating a remarkable innovator as she performs an intimate solo acoustic set as her LAST MAJOR WORLD TOUR comes to WHBPAC.

One of the world's most prolific songwriters and musicians, Joan Armatrading has received three Grammy nominations; she is a Brit Award nominee and has received the highly coveted Ivor Novello Award and Gold Badge Award. But more than that Joan has been honored by the Queen of England receiving an MBE, the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.

Joan says, "I will never retire but this will be the last major tour that I will undertake. For the first time these concerts will be me solo on stage playing the guitar and piano and singing. I want these concerts to be a special lively interactive one to one experience. I have absolutely enjoyed the last 42 years of performances but now, with my final major tour, I want to capture a unique memory for both myself and the audience."
