"The Real Housewives of Miami" star, JoAnna Krupa, hosted an over-the-top fourth anniversary bash for Crazy Horse III in Las Vegas last night. Also spotted partying at the popular venue were beauty queens Shanna Moakler and Jade Kelsall.

The crowd went crazy as Krupa arrived with a group of friends, excited and ready to party alongside entertainers from the award-winning gentlemen's club. Looking fierce in a curve-hugging, beaded Reve by Khushali Kumar dress and Christian Louboutin stilettoes, the blonde bombshell blew kisses to fans and waved to onlookers, donning her eight-carat wedding ring.

Fresh off of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Miami" reunion show set, Krupa and friends toasted champagne as she said, "Happy Birthday, Crazy Horse III!"

Krupa, also known as Playboy's "sexiest swimsuit model," signed countless autographs throughout the evening on behalf of her charity, Angels For Animal Rescue (www.AngelsForAnimalRescue.org).

As one of the world's most famous gentlemen's clubs, Crazy Horse III features hundreds of gorgeous female entertainers, three tantalizing stages, oversized chairs, a main room framing an enormous dance platform and an opulent VIP room. The hot spot was recently named "Best Club in the West" at the 2012 Exotic Dancer Awards. Crazy Horse III is part of PLAYGROUND, a lavish destination that offers nightlife and dancing as well as some of the best sushi in the city. Guests may take advantage of the mega club's complimentary transportation, pending availability, by calling 702-673-1700.
