Based on Roman poet Ovid's myths, "Metamorphoses" by playwright Mary Zimmerman subtly mixes the ancient stories of pathos and tragedy with contemporary language and humor. In a series of vignettes, the characters experience love and loss, joy and pain as they discover the consequences of their own actions. Feb. 17-March 5 at the UNLV Black Box Theatre.
