Evident that the band remains an incredible force in the rock industry, Black Ice made history when it debuted at No. 1 on album charts in 29 countries. Every other year on March 11 the multi-platinum group 311 holds a special concert event attracting thousands of fans worldwide. The event is typically held in New Orleans and as a result, the Mayor of New Orleans officially proclaimed March 11 as "311 Day" in New Orleans. However, this year's "311 Day" concert will move to the Mandalay Bay Events Center for a performance Thursday, March 11. 311 will play an extended set list of hits, rarities, covers and classics; backed by a state-of-the-art light and special effects show. There also is a potential for appearances by circus performers, aerial acrobats, fire twirlers, stilt walkers and marching bands.

OCTANE LOUNGE
Octane, a new high-energy lounge located on Excalibur's Castle Walk, is a great place to grab a drink before dinner or after a show. A custom-designed motorcycle display sets the tone for this 100-seat lounge that offers live entertainment, a full bar menu and signature cocktails such as the High Octane Kiss, a blend of Malibu Rum, Crème de Banana, Midori and a splash of cream. A team of energetic bartenders and servers, dressed in black leather motorcycle-style outfits, perform upbeat dance routines throughout the evening. Octane is open nightly, Monday - Friday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.

THE BIG TOP
High above the casino floor, death-defying performers delight visitors to Circus Circus. The stunts include juggling, high wire walking, trapeze artistry and acrobatics. Performances begin every half hour and are from 11 a.m. to
11 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
The Carnival Midway features more than 200 games of skill and chance and is one of the best in town. In the evening, the rotating Horse-A-Round bar featured in the movie "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" is a must.
THE ADVENTUREDOME
The Adventuredome is an indoor theme park featuring rides, attractions and games of skill, including rides for adults and children.
