Las Vegas' award-winning cult comedy hit is known for taking nothing seriously - and the upcoming holiday weekend seems to be no exception.

Good Friday, Easter, and 420 all land this coming weekend, and the cast of EVIL DEAD have decided to celebrate the combination of holidays with a week-long celebration of spring and spring tropes at the show's performances through 4/20.

"Adding holiday touches to the show is nothing new for us," says director and producer Sirc Michaels, "And when you have Zombie Jesus, 420, and the Easter Bunny all coming together the same weekend, that is a lot of material that's ripe for the plucking!"

The cast is keeping quiet on exactly what will be added to the show, or which performances the touches will be added to, but they've taken to calling it an "Easter Egg" week which suggests touches will be hidden throughout the performances to add some entertainment value to those who know what to look for.

The show has also created a $25 admission offer that can be redeemed with a coupon found at the production's website http://www.EvilDeadVegas.com and its FaceBook Page. It is designed to be redeemed in person at the box office.

Endorsed by Bruce Campbell and embraced by Sam Raimi, EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL is the official award-winning stage production of the cult classic film trilogy. It combines multimedia, live performance, audience participation, and 4D elements, undead ushers, and blood spraying over fans to bring its unique brand of entertainment to the Las Vegas Strip. It has been compared to ROCKY HORROR, SCOOBY DOO, and GWAR. Performances can be seen at the V Theater inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Tuesdays through Fridays at 10pm and Saturdays at 11:30pm. Tickets can be purchased at http://vtheaterboxoffice.com/evildead.cfm or by calling 866-932-1818.
