For July 4th weekend, EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL is moving its Friday night show back to 11:30pm to allow fans the chance to celebrate Independence Day and still see the show. Director Sirc Michaels and the cast of Evil Dead the Musical are inviting fans out for an outrageous weekend filled with camp comedy, outrageous action, gallons of blood.

"There are a lot of things to do that weekend," said Sirc Michaels, producer and director of EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL, "and we want to make sure that our fans have the opportunity to have dinner, see fireworks, go to a cookout, and still have a chance to party with us afterwards that night."

The earlier showtime of 10pm ordinarily used by EVIL DEAD was changed in favor of an 11:30pm time slot for Friday the 5th. This will not affect any other performances or showtimes.

Evil Dead: The Musical is a unique production that combines multimedia, live performance, audience participation and 4D elements to take audience members into its world. From undead ushers to blood spraying out into the audience, this musical comedy is bringing a new type of entertainment to the Vegas Strip, and the people behind it are determined to make a lasting impression. Performances can be seen at the V Theater inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino every Friday at 10 p.m. and Saturday at 11:30 p.m.For more information, visit www.evildeadlasvegas.com.
