ABSINTHE Star Melody Sweets Hosts a Wild Wild West Burlesque Show Tonight

The dazzling Green Fairy, Melody Sweets, from the Strip's "Best Adult Show" ABSINTHE at Caesars Palace hosts a Wild Wild West Burlesque show tonight, July 22 at 10:30 p.m. at the ABSINTHE Spiegeltent. In celebration of the premiere of her latest music video "Shoot 'em Up," featured on Sweets' debut album Burlesque in the Black, fans get an exclusive look at the tantalizing video and a night of sultry and seductive Wild West burlesque. Revelers can also enjoy special guest appearances by the ABSINTHE cast as they've never seen them before, including The Gazillionaire and Penny Pibbets performing as Cowboy Summerlin Sam and his trusty steed Phallus.

Doors open at 10 p.m. with the performance beginning at 10:30 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are available for $15 and may be purchased online at www.MelodySweets.com, and tickets will also be available for purchase at the door for $25. All proceeds from the event benefit AFAN and The Burlesque Hall of Fame Museum.

The Wild Wild West Burlesque show features performances by ABSINTHE's Oleksii, Vegas Nocturne's Butterscotch and "Ripley" Spencer Novich, World Champion Trick Roper Chris McDaniel, Miss Exotic World Dirty Martini, Death Defying Crossbow Stunts Mr. & Mrs. G, The Fastest Tassle Twirler from East to West Peekaboo Pointe and special guest David Perrico of Pop Evolution.

Melody Sweets has had music featured on MTV, VH1, A&E and National Geographic on hit shows such as Celebrity Fit Club and PUNK'D. She is the first performer in the history of burlesque to have produced, written and starred in her own music video for "Slice of Heaven." A lover of the arts, Melody Sweets has had the privilege of performing for and collaborating with such acclaimed artists including STING, Björk, Moby, Alice Cooper, The Bravery, Marc Jacobs, Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas, Adriana Lima and Harvey Keitel. Sweet's debut album Burlesque in the Black, released in 2013, features popular hits performed nightly in ABSINTHE including "Slice of Heaven," "Taboo" and "Up All Night," as well as a collection of other songs composed exclusively for Sweets' burlesque journey across the globe.
