A CLOCKWORK ORANGE to Make Las Vegas Debut at Onyx Theatre, 1/25-2/10

Brace yourself for the mind-bending journey of Alex the Large, leader of a young rebellious street gang in the not so distant future. After a spiral of excess, violence, and rape results in the death of a writers wife, Alex's gang turns on him leaving him to take the fall. His only chance: to be forced into change. To escape prison, Alex volunteers for a new medical treatment that strips the subject of his ability to choose. Alex is "cured"...but at what cost?

This pseudo psychopathic play with music will take the audience through the most violent, sexual, and politically charged metaphor conceivable. This production will pull no punches and is only for mature audiences.

Written by Anthony Burgess, the production is directed by Brandon Alan McClenahan and features sound by SAndy Stein, lighting by Shawn Hackler, costumes by Kit Rodgers, set by Tim Burris and choreography by Jenna Wurtzburger.

The show runs January 25th-27th, February 1st-3rd & 8th-10th at 8pm. Tickets are available at Onyxtheatre.com or by calling 702-732-7225.
