"NOISES OFF" is Michael Frayn's uproarious play-within-a-play that follows the high-jinks and stage antics of a not so talented theatre touring company's cast as they blunder through a side-splitting bedroom comedy titled "Nothing On", with very bad dress rehearsals, crazy backstage antics and a disastrous performance of the show - its simply a festival of delirium. Rated PG-13.

"NOISES Off" is quite possibly the funniest farce ever written -- someone forgets the sardine plates, actors flub their lines, miss connections and cues, props are misplaced, doors slam and the fun rolls out fast and furious - you'll laugh until your sides hurt. The Barn Players production is directed by Bill Pelletier and features Vickie Kerns, R. Kevan Myers, David Martin, Rachael Redler, Bob Stewart, Victoria Hoffman, Michael Juncker, Laura Burt and De De Deville.

This purely genius, dizzy, stage romp opens Friday evening July 18th and plays through Sunday August 3rd at the Barn Players, 6219 Martway in Mission. Friday and Saturday performances at 7:30 and Sunday matinees at 2:00.

Tickets are $18.00, with discounts for seniors and students - go to the theatre website www.thebarnplayers.org, call 800-838-3006, or purchase at the theatre box office prior to each production; groups over 10 call 913-432-9100.
