It's no wonder The New York Times raves: "Darlene Love's thunderbolt voice is as embedded in the history of rock and roll as Eric Clapton's guitar or Bob Dylan's lyrics." Through the years, Darlene Love continues to captivate audiences worldwide with her warm, gracious stage presence and sensational performances. Since the early sixties, as part of Phil Spector's wall of sound hit factory, this great lady has done it all…from major motion pictures like the highly successful Lethal Weapon series to Broadway hits like Hairspray and Grease. She even starred as herself in the Tony nominated Leader Of The Pack, credited as Broadway's first 'jukebox musical.' Darlene has appeared on numerous television programs, running the gamut from her weekly appearances on Shindig to a recent guest spot on the PBS special entitled Women Who Rock. An autobiographical film is currently on the drawing board and another recent film that prominently features Darlene landed a distribution deal at the Sundance Festival. The film will have a preview showing at Lincoln Center in NY before opening nationally in early June 2013. In conjunction with the opening, Darlene will be in the limelight as guest on many national TV guest spots including The Today Show, Good Morning America, David Letterman on Late Night, Charlie Rose and many more. Rolling Stone Magazine has prepared a four page spread in their June , 2013 issue and she will guest on the the New York Times studio broadcast with numerious newspaper and radio interviews already set. Darlene's background vocals for The Blossoms, The Crystals, The Righteous Brothers, Dionne Warwick, Marvin Gaye, and Elvis Presley (to name but a few) set the stage for her emergence as a star in her own right which is documented in her film role of Twenty Feet from Stardom. Her Billboard hits include: He's A Rebel, The Boy I'm Gonna Marry, Da Doo Ron Ron, Wait 'Til My Bobby Gets Home, He's Sure the Boy I Love and the #1 holiday classic Christmas Baby Please Come Home, a song that she performs annually with Paul Shaffer and the CBS Symphony Orchestra on The Late Show With David Letterman (December marks her 28th Holiday appearance). In 2011, Darlene Love received her industry's highest award when Better Midler, a great fan, inducted her into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. During the celebration, the two ladies enjoyed performing "He's A Rebel" together. Darlene also sang "He's A Fine, Fine Boy" backed by another distinguished fan, Bruce Springsteen at Madison Square Garden.

A remarkable tale of courage, loyalty and friendship. England, 1914. As World War One begins, Joey, young Albert's beloved horse, is sold to the cavalry and shipped from England to France. He's soon caught up in enemy fire, and fate takes him on an extraordinary journey, serving on both sides before finding himself alone in no man's land. But Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a treacherous mission to find him and bring him home. This powerfully moving and imaginative drama, filled with stirring music and songs, is a show of phenomenal inventiveness that is currently playing to packed houses in London and New York. At its heart are astonishing life-sized puppets created by South Africa's Handspring Puppet Company, that bring to life breathing, galloping, charging horses strong enough for men to ride.
