Laurel Little Theatre's annual summer Kids' Camp is in full swing with daily workshops and rehearsals that started this past week. It wraps up this coming weekend with four performances of the beloved Rodgers & Hammerstein musical "CINDERELLA"

The show runs at LLT's downtown Arabian Theatre with performances tonight, June 6th at 7:30pm, June 7th at both 4pm and 7pm and a Sunday matinee June 8th at 2pm.

Director Katelyn Bryant, camp co-ordinator Angie Hodge and music director Jackie Thomas are working hard with a group of 115 students to present the story that's so well known from the TV versions that starred Julie Andrews in the 1950s, Lesley Anne Warren in the 1960's, and Mississippi born singer, Brandy, along with Whoopi Goldberg and Whitney Houston in the 1990's version.

"CINDERELLA" is currently running in NYC on Broadway, and LLT is proud to be able to present it at the same time. It features the memorable songs, "The Prince Is Giving A Ball", "In My Own Little Corner", "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful" and "Impossible"

The reservations line is now open 24 hours a day at 601.428.0140. The summer camp performances always sell out, so make sure you call in your reservation right away!
