Back by popular demand, "Tom's Diner" returns to the stage! This high-energy romantic comedy musical produced by Israel's professional English-language theater, English On Stage, is ready to rock and roll again this May. Tom's Diner includes an original story, with its score an impressive collection of songs from the 1960's, featuring hits by Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Shirelles, The Crystals, and Jerry Lee Lewis, to name a few.

The story takes place in a small-town American diner in the 1960's. With the feminist revolution on the doorstep, the intense period of change taking place in the United States at the time seems to have passed Baileysville by, until a newcomer causes a stir in the seemingly-perfect townspeople. This fast-paced musical mixes great music, romance, fun characters, and a continuous string of hilarious moments.

Tom's Diner is enthusiastically driven by a talented production team made up of trained and experienced theater professionals, hailing from the U.S.A., England, South Africa, and Israel. The cast is mainly comprised of young "triple-threats", acting, singing, and dancing with such extraordinary talent it's no wonder audiences are easily swept off to Memory Lane, reliving their fondest memories while singing along and dancing in the aisles at each show.

Claimed by audience members as "a delightful amalgam of 'Happy Days' and 'Grease'" and "an unforgettable experience," this family-friendly musical will return to Yad Labanim in Ramat Hasharon on May 1st, 20:30.
