The Yellow brick Road leads only one way this Christmas as Dorothy and her friend's journey to the magical Land of Oz to visit the Wonderful Wizard in Wexford Opera House!

From the company that brought you Oliver! last Christmas, Festival Productions brings, direct from the National Concert Hall its hugely acclaimed production of The Wizard of Oz.  Is any season of cheer complete without hearing "We're Off To See The Wizard", "If I Only Had A Brain" and the song that melts the hearts of everyone who hears it sung by the little girl in the gingham dress "Somewhere Over The Rainbow"? Starring Waterford's own Katie Honan as 'Dorothy Gale'.

Give the gift of memories this Christmas season with this magical production sure to cast its spell on your little Munchkins! The show will take place on the 20th and 27th to 30th December 2010 at 2pm and 7pm each day.  This is a great opportunity for children to see a Christmas classic and experience the thrill of the magnificent, award-winning Wexford Opera House.

The Wizard of Oz takes place on December 20th and 27th to 30th December 2010 at 2pm and 7pm each day.  Tickets are €18-€32 and are available online at www.wexfordoperahouse.ie or by ringing the box-office at 053 912 2144.  Family Tickets also available for €90 by contacting box-office only.  No booking fee applies.
