Amphitheatre to Host A Gospel Music Gathering on Sunday 6/5

Lincoln Amphitheatre will host a gospel concert featuring four musical groups/performers on Sunday.

"A Gospel Music Gathering" will include performances from Cheri Taylor, The Shepherdsmen Quartet, New Heritage Trio, and the Wilson Family on Sunday, June 5 at 2 p.m. CDT.

Tickets are $8 per person and $7 per person for a group of ten or more individuals.

A $5 in-state and a $7 out-of-state per car gate fee apply to enter Lincoln State Park.

Lincoln Amphitheatre's 2011 season includes "Classic Family Films Series," "Concert Series in a State Park," and two summer productions--The Wizard of Oz" and "Our American Cousin." "The Wizard of Oz" will take the stage July 21 - August 7, Thursday to Saturday evenings with a Sunday matinee. "Our American Cousin" will run August 19 - August 27, Friday and Saturday evenings with a Sunday matinee. The 2011 "Lincoln's Legacy Lives" fundraising campaign is underway to support the expansion of family-friendly and affordable events at Lincoln Amphitheatre.
