Sunaina - Society for the Upliftment of National Arts of India, will be hosting the spectacular Annual Event - Bal Kala Utsav 2013, a Children's festival of Dance, Music and Drama Competitions in New Delhi
Applications are invited from students between the age of 5yrs to 18yrs from Academic, Dance and Music Schools all over India, to compete on a national stage in Dance, Music and Drama. The Categories are:
Dance: Bharatanatayam, Kuchipudi, Odissi, Kathak, Semi-Classical and Folk
Music: Hindustani, Carnatic and Instrumental
Drama: One act play and Mono act plays in Hindi and English.
Come a be a part of this spectacular event with young artistes from all over India.
The festival will include seminars and workshops conducted by renowned dancers, musicians and theatre artists. This festival gives a wonderful opportunity for children to showcase their real talent on the stage.
Grand Prize Distribution will be held on 11th September 2013.
Participation forms and other details are attached in the mail. Do send in the entries before 30th September 2013
Decent and clean accommodation will be provided to interested participants and schools at a reasonable charge of Rs 500 per person (room on sharing basis with bed, blanket, hot water and food), on first come first serve basis.
