Motherhood Out Loud shatters traditional notions about parenthood, unveils its inherent comedy and celebrates the deeply personal truths that span and unite generations as it shows all facets of a family. From birth to old age, Motherhood Out Loud reveals the humor, raw emotions and rocky roads experienced in life. The stories are as varied as the mothers who tell them--from adoption to gay parenting, from sending a child off to college to sending a child off to war, from the joy of cradling a newborn baby in your arms to the pathos of parenting a teenager, an autistic or a transgender child--all are stories of unconditional love.
