"All the world's a stage..." Shakespeare's oft-quoted comedy is coming to Rice. "As You Like It" delights audiences with wrestling, mistaken identities, cross-dressing, four marriages, and a happy ending, all set in an enchanting forest.

An acting tour-de-force, all roles will be played by five veterans of classical theatre - Jennifer Higham, Joannah Tincey, Dan Winter, Robert Mountford, and Patrick Miller.

The Actors From The London Stage hail from such prestigious theater companies as the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, as well as working in film and the BBC.

The troupe's residency is being underwritten by the Alan and Shirley Grob Endowment for Shakespeare and the Grob Fund for Shakespeare in Performance, with additional support from Rice University and the Department of Visual and Dramatic Arts.
