Performing and Visual Arts College Fair to Welcome College-Bound Students Today
Broward Cultural Division encourages all college-bound high school students interested in pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies in the areas of music, dance, theater, visual arts, graphic design and other related disciplines, to attend the National Association for College Admission Counseling's (NACAC) Fort Lauderdale Performing and Visual Arts College Fair. This must-attend event for all college bound 'artists' is held today, September 30, 2013 at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is FREE and open to the public.
At NACAC's Performing and Visual Arts College Fairs, students, parents and art institutions take center stage. These fairs allow college-bound students interested in the arts to meet one-on-one with admission representatives from colleges, universities, conservatories, studios, festivals, and other educational institutions with specialized programs in the visual and performing arts.
Students can register prior to attending these events. This makes navigating the fair and collecting information from multiple colleges and universities much easier for students. More than 20,000 students attend NACAC's Performing and Visual Arts College Fairs annually.
