Composer, conductor Johann Strauss the Younger took his father despite the ban, he also a musician. He composed his waltzes, polkas, mazurkas, marches ... the song number is approaching five hundred. Operettas he would not compose, the violin was his instrument as a conductor than a soloist, not the song.

In the end, however, he agreed to offer the Theater an der Wien, Max Steiner. The result was a dozen operetta - such as Die Fledermaus, The Gypsy Night in Venice, and - which is still shown. Wieniläisverta has been published after the death of Strauss hit his Inheritance compiled and subtitled the book.
