Songs for a New World features a score heavily influenced by a broad range of musical genres that takes us on a vibrant, thrilling and moving journey through the life-changing moments that define us. The show sits on the boundary between musical and song cycle, but it is neither. Jason Robert Brown’s unforgettable songs weave characters, locations and time periods together in one extraordinary evening in the intimate setting of the Walsh Studio Theatre.
