Sheyenne Theatre to Bring CHARLOTTE'S WEB to the Stage This Fall

Sheyenne Theatre will bring CHARLOTTE'S WEB to the stage in Joseph Robinette's adaptation of the classic tale by E.B. White. This witty and warm story will play for three public performances, November 18 at 7:00pm and November 19 at 10:00am & 2:00pm, on the Sheyenne High School (SHS) mainstage.

CHARLOTTE'S WEB is a funny, gentle depiction of the cycle of life through the trials, tribulations and stardom of Wilbur the pig as aided by a victorious campaign hatched by the extraordinary spider, Charlotte. With themes such as friendship, trust and loyalty, this E.B. White's novel has survived the passage of time and has been dubbed "the best American children's book of the past two hundred years" by The Children's Literature Association.

Sheyenne Theatre's production features a company of approximately 30 young artists in its cast and crew under the direction of a team of teachers and professionals lead by Hannah Amundson, a new SHS English teacher joining the theatre program. In addition to the three planned public performances, CHARLOTTE'S WEB will also be performed for West Fargo elementary students during a series of four school day matinees, November 16-18.

Tickets are $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students and can be reserved online at www.WestFargoTheatre.com beginning Monday, November 7th or by calling 701-499-3237 starting Monday, November 14th from 3:30-5:30pm. Reserved seating will also be available at the Sheyenne High School Theatre Box Office one hour prior to all performances.
