SEEKING

Male and female dancers who are local to the Central Florida area for part time positions for the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show performed live at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States. All shows performed live @ Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL

Please provide a current headshot and résumé. Please be warmed up and ready to begin at time listed.

OTHER DATES

Performers are under seasonal contracts between November and December 2016. Potential relocation and housing may be available. Callbacks: 8/2/16 in Orlando. Performers invited to callbacks must attend in order to qualify for potential employment.

An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.

BREAKDOWN

The Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show is a musical theatre style interpretation of a classic Hawaiian Luau. The show combines traditional Polynesian dance with contemporary music while celebrating the meaning of ‘ohana’ and the spirit of aloha. We are especially seeking performers with a diverse look.

Seeking:

Male Polynesian Dancers: Dancers should be strong in Kahiko and Hula Auana and Samoan Slap dance. Attire: shirtless with Malo or Pareau. A changing area will be provided.

Female Polynesian Dancers: Dancers should be strong in Hula Auana and Tahitian styles of dance. Proficiency in four poi balls and uli uli's is desired. Please bring implements, sarong, and bikini top. A changing area will be provided.
