Seeking
Ensemble Character Actors who sing, both male & female, of all ages & ethnicities. SFMT is an equal opportunity employer.

Preparation
HS/resume, 1 physical/comic piece (classical or contemporary) no longer than 2 mins and 32 bars of music, bring sheet music for piano accompanist. Additionally actors should dress appropriately for movement and be prepared to improvise.

First Rehearsal May 18, 2015 opening July 4th, 2015 closing September 7, 2015 with possible extension until end of Sept.

The Tony and Obie Award-winning San Francisco Mime Troupe does NOT perform silent pantomime. We create original musical satires that attempt to make sense of the headlines, and perform in public spaces, primarily outdoors, at a price everyone can afford - free. Our style is based in commedia, melodrama, and broad farce. Please see
