DONNA - Female, 40s, all ethnicities - Sophie's mother. Attractive. The former lead singer of a group called The Dynamos who now owns and runs a hotel/castino on a Greek island. Stong feminist with zany side. SEEKING NAME.
SOPHIE - Female, 20s, all ethnicities. Determined to find the happiness and romance that eluded her mother. Can be wild and zany, but entering into a conventional marriage with Sky. SEEKING NAME.
TANYA - Female, 40s, all ethnicities. A former singer in the Dynamos. Rich, sophisticated, acerbic, funny, witty. SEEKING NAME.
ROSIE - Female, 40s, all ethnicities. A former singer in the Dynamos. Now a writer for the feminist press. Confident, strong, funny, but shy underneath. Good comic actress. SEEKING NAME.
SAM - Male, 40s, all ethnicities. May be Sophie's father. Left Donna 20 years ago because he was engaged to another woman. Charming successful architect. SEEKING NAME.
HARRY - Male, 40s, all ethnicities. May be Sophie's father. British financier, wealthy, buttoned-up, and conservative, but trying to reconnect with his freer, youthful self. English accent. SEEKING NAME.
