Kid Power:
23–40. Male. An in-shape, physically fit superhero for Nutrition/Exercise. Seeking a strong singer who moves well and can play different characters. Characters include Sugar Sheriff, a food label-reading cowboy; Carlos, a fashion designer; and Ethel, the portion control lunch lady. In addition to requiring a strong talent, this position (the production being a one-person show) requires the actor to be a mature and responsible person, a problem solver. It is imperative the actor be able to make the daily decisions necessary to ensure Kid Power Programs and its kids’ shows are represented as a professional leader in children’s educational theatre. Actor must have a valid driver’s license. Must work well with kids. Must not mind traveling and spending time alone. As an actor/ASM, the performer also carries props and a portable speaker.
