early 20s. DEE's daughter. Bright, kind, eager to please. In the wake of losing her brother, she is looking for her place in the world,
KATE
40s. DEE's younger sister. Brash, direct, a little but vulgar, but open-minded.
BEN
20s. Boyfriend of DEE's son LUKE. Caring and honest. Tries to forge bonds against resistance.
KENNY
early 30s. Army buddy of DEE'S son LUKE. Open minded and supportive. Seeks personal connection.
LUKE
20s (IMPORTANT: character is seen in projections only). DEE's son. A soldier who has recently returned from Afghanistan. Energetic and loving with a good sense of humor. Feels things deeply. PLEASE NOTE: as actor will not be appearing in person, performer will receive a $150 total proejct stipend for this role only.
