The Williamston Theatre will present a staged reading of the comedy Additional Particulars by Ed Simpson on Sunday, July 26 at 7pm. Tickets for the fundraiser are $35 and will be available by calling the Theatre at (517) 655-7469 or going online at www.williamstontheatre.org beginning July 6. Williamston Theatre's Artistic Director Tony Caselli will direct, and tickets include a post-reading wine reception.

Additional Particulars is the play that launched the Williamston Theatre when they first opened in June 2006. As a start up company, the Theatre experienced small audiences for this charming comedy about the connections that people make on the job. This staged reading will reunite original cast members Aaron T. Moore, Dennis North, Brian Thibault and WT co-founder Emily Sutton-Smith.

Additional Particulars explores the intersecting lives of four "Save-a-Bundle Discount Mart" employees: Glenda Balitski, an optimistic but lonely woman who works in housewares; Assistant Manager Warren Grippo, a generous but awkward man of unflagging good manners; Raymond Fetterman, a maintenance man and a former "Employee of the Month"; and Kenny Hinkle, a good-natured and sympathetic younger co-worker.

Immediately following the staged reading will be a wine and gourmet dessert reception with the cast, crew and WT staff. All proceeds from this event support the Williamston Theatre's tenth season, which begins with a production of Rounding Third in September 2015.

The Williamston Theatre is mid-Michigan's only professional resident theatre, as was named one of the twelve most promising young theatre companies in the country by the American Theatre Wing with its 2014 National Theatre Company Grant Award. The final production of its 2014-2015 Season is Art of Murder with performances from July 16 through August 23. More information about the Theatre is available on its website at www.williamstontheatre.org
