The Des Moines Community Playhouse presents the comedy Boeing, Boeing. Set in the swinging 1960's, Boeing, Boeing tells the story of Bernard and his multitude of ladies, all flight attendants. Mistaken identities and madcap comedy ensue when all the flight attendants end up grounded at the same time. Boeing, Boeing opens May 23rd and runs through June 8th. Cirque Mechanics: Birdhouse Factory will transform the Civic Center stage to a Depression era widget factory. The Intergalactic Nemesis Live Action Graphic Novel is one of the most unique theatrical experiences you will find. A combination of comic books and live radio broadcast, complete with voice actors, an onstage Foley artist, and projections of hand-drawn artwork, the troupe will present Book One: Target Earth.
