Reedy Point Players Now Accepting Play Submissions for 2014-15 Season

The Reedy Point Players LTD., a 501(c)3 non-profit community theatre group located in Delaware City, DE, are looking for play submissions for their 2014-2015 season.

Founded in 2001, the Reedy Point Players started out on a makeshift stage in Delaware City's (former) Port of History Center with the production of Spoon River Anthology. A few years later, they found their home at the Delaware City Community Center. By January 2007, the comapny was incorporated. They have participated in Delaware Theatre Association Festival and the Eastern States Theatre Association Festival, which resulted in a few awards along the way that they brought back to Delaware City. They continue to deliver captivating performances, performing original and published works!

They are accepting original and published works! Slots that are available are October 2014, December 2014, February/March 2015, and May 2015. Their February/March slot is reserved for their annual One Act Festival. They will only be accepting One Act submissions for that time.

All submissions must have an attached director in order to be considered. All applicants must be at least 18 years old. If there are younger applicants, they must have an adult to supervise them throughout the show. The individual does not have to have previous experience to direct a show - although it's a plus!!!
