The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for GHOST QUARTET and THE INTERGALACTIC NEMESIS will go on sale Thursday, February 11 at 10 a.m. GHOST QUARTET, a song cycle about love, death and whiskey, with music and lyrics by two-time OBIE Award winner Dave Malloy, will be performing four shows April 7 through April 9, 2016.

While originally scheduled to run at the Wyly Theatre, GHOST QUARTET has been moved to Life in Deep Ellum. Doug Curtis, president and CEO of the AT&T Performing Arts Center, says it's a good fit. "This opportunity to take the Center's programming out into a different part of the city, especially a neighboring cultural district like Deep Ellum, is exciting. Life in Deep Ellum's focus on art, music, commerce and community perfectly aligns with the Center's mission."

The Off Broadway On Flora 2015/2016 season culminates May 12-14 with THE INTERGALACTIC NEMESIS. This live-action graphic novel was created by Jason Neulander, Austin's internationally acclaimed writer, director, and producer.

GHOST QUARTET is a haunting song cycle about love, death, and whiskey from Dave Malloy, the two-time OBIE Award-winning mind responsible for 2012's Off-Broadway hit electropop opera, Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812.

A camera breaks and four friends drink, in four interwoven narratives spanning seven centuries: a warped fairy tale about two sisters, a treehouse astronomer and a lazy evil bear; a retelling of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Fall of the House of Usher"; a purgatorial intermezzo about Scheherazade and the ghost of Thelonious Monk; and a contemporary fable about a subway murder.

Blurring the line between theatre and contemporary music performance, the show is a theatrical presentation of an album, staged in the round, with the musicians seated among the audience.

The year is 1933. Are you ready for the adventure?

The world tour of the cult favorite that's played a limited run on Broadway and sold out the Kennedy Center is now coming to Dallas.

Direct from Austin, this retro multimedia extravaganza is like nothing else out there: three actors, one Foley artist, and one keyboardist perform all the voices, sound effects and music while more than 1,000 hand-drawn, full-color, hi-rez, blow-your-mind comic-book images blast from the screen in sequence telling this hilarious period-adventure-sci-fi-romance LIVE!

The AT&T Performing Arts Center is a nonprofit foundation that operates and programs a 10-acre campus comprised of three premier performance venues and a park in downtown Dallas. Opening in October 2009, the Center has helped complete the 30-year vision of the Dallas Arts District.

Audiences enjoy the best and most recent from Broadway and off-Broadway; the finest dance companies from across the globe co-presented with TITAS Presents; top concerts and performers with Center Presents; cutting-edge speakers; and a five-year initiative to present The Complete Works of William Shakespeare. The Center also offers free programming for audiences from every part of the community and produces the expansive, biannual light-based art event Aurora across the Arts District. Thousands of students explore and more deeply experience the arts through the Center's education program, Open Stages. Working with local service agencies, the Center provides free tickets to underserved individuals and families through Community Partners. These programs are made possible by the ongoing support of donors and members.

The Center's five resident companies are among the city's leading arts institutions: Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklorico, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, The Dallas Opera, Dallas Theater Center and Texas Ballet Theater.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architects, the Center's performance spaces are some of the finest venues in the world:

Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, designed by Foster + Partners of London, is a stunning 2,200-seat venue wrapped in red glass with outstanding acoustic performance halls.

Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre is a 575-seat theatre with one of the most versatile stages in the world and a distinctive aluminum exterior. It was designed by REX/OMA, Joshua Prince-Ramus (partner in charge) and Rem Koolhaas.

Annette Strauss Square, designed by Foster + Partners, is an open-air entertainment venue with lawn and patio seating for 2,000 surrounded by the downtown skyline.

Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park is an urban park with native plants and grasses, landscaped lawns, performance spaces, a reflecting pool. Sammons Park was designed by Michel Desvigne and includes the Information Center designed by Foster + Partners.

The Center's mission is to provide a public gathering place that strengthens community and fosters creativity through the presentation of performing arts.
