One More Productions Hosts End Of Summer Open House At Gem Theater

One More Productions - one of Southern California's leading musical theater companies - hosts an "end of summer" Barbecue and Open House at THE GEM THEATER in Garden Grove on September 11, 2010 from 1pm to 5pm.

The free BBQ takes place in THE GEM THEATER parking lot, which will be tented for this occasion. Lamron Catering, under Executive Chef Cody Storts, will have a 30-foot-long barbecue on-site. Pulled pork sandwiches and BBQ chicken will be available along with side dishes and fixings. Attendees will have a chance to tour the Gem Theater, test drive season ticket seat locations, and observe informative lighting and costume demonstrations. Season ticket subscriptions will be available for purchase.

One More Production's 2010-2011 season kicks off with the classic musical comedy Damn Yankees (September 30 - October 24), followed by the seasonal variety show The Holiday GEM (November 26 - December 12). Launching the new year is the show-stopping revue Hearts for the Arts (February 11 - 13), followed by the delightful 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (March 24 - April 17), and the stylish Chicago (June 2 - 26). Closing the 2010-2011 season is Stephen Sondheim's fascinating and bold Assassins (July 28 - August 21).

Season subscriptions are $165.00 each and are on sale now. Each subscription includes entrance to all six productions of the series of your choice. Gala opening night season subscriptions are $215.00 and include entrance to all six opening night performances and the opening night catered champagne reception.
