The New Voices Playwrights Theatre will presnt their production of Summer Voices, a collection of eight new short one-act plays that runs September 17 & 18 and 24 & 25 at Mysterium Theater in Santa Ana.

Summer Voices includes A Matter of Feet by John Lane (directed by Kyle Moore); A Night in the City of Angels by John Bolen (directed by Lynne Bolen); Assumptions by Lynne Bolen (directed by Terry Winkler); Fay W by John Richardson (directed by Geoffrey Gread); God Only Knows by Linda Whitmore (directed by Geoffrey Gread); It's Only A Minute A Guy by John Franceschini (directed by Pattric Walker); Stuck written and directed by Kyle Moore; and The Subtext of Texting by Lorin Howard (directed by Lance Macdonald).

The Summer Voices cast includes Ray Akin, Elisabeth Desloge, Soyia Ellison, Caitlin Hedman, Lorin Howard, Jeffrey Kieviet, Anne Lee Mako, RoxAnne Martinez, Kyle Moore, Lisa Morrison, Mitchell Nunn, Fred Peters, Andre Stojka, John Tramutola, Ivar Vasco, Jen Vogt-Lowell, and Kevin Williams.

Summer Voices runs September 17 & 18 and 24 & 25. Show times are Saturdays at 1 p.m. and Sundays at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $18 general admission and $15 for students, seniors and military. Mysterium is located at 19211 Dodge Avenue in Santa Ana, across the street from Foothills High School.
