Francesca Amari to Debut New Show at Arthur Newman Theater, 10/20

Francesca Amari will debut a new show entitled "Songbirds: The Women In My Head" on October 20, 2013 at 2 PM in Palm Desert at the Arthur Newman Theater in The Joslyn Center. The show will feature material from multiple genres from Broadway to contemporary by singers and songwriters including; Carolyn Leigh, Dorothy Fields, Ella Fitzgerald, Linda Ronstadt, Eva Cassidy, Nancy Lamott and more. Joining Francesca will be pianist Joel Baker.

Ms Amari has been performing the 'cabaret circuit' since 2007, but her routes are in acting and musical theater and she recently joined the cast of "Standing On Ceremony" which will return to the Annenberg Theater on Nov. 1st and 2nd.

"Songbirds: The Women In My Head" starring Francesca Amari with piano accompaniment by Joel Baker, will be presented at 2 PM on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at the Arthur Newman Theater in The Joslyn Center at 73750 Catalina Way, Palm Desert. Presented by Les Michaels Life Is A Cabaret Entertainment as part of the Sundays In Summer Series, tickets are $10 cash only and available before the show at the box office, which opens at 1 PM.
